"Drawing on the right side of the brain" is a really good book. I can only recommend it. Other than that try James Gurney's "Colour and Light" or Andrew Loomis' "Figure Drawing".

This one is really really old, with a running gag from my LS that not even my LS understands anymore, I guess. :P
But it's the only thing I've got, so run and hide or burn your eyes. >: D

And another reflection of my shameful admiration. It's too late to deny it now, anyways.
