Legacy character transfers are tentatively set for 6 months after launch, but the devs are simply telling us to wait for more solid information on that. Thanks for the replies guys. 2-3 weeks is tolerable for me to wait for transfer. But in another of my thread someone mentioned legacy players are locked for 6 months before they can transfer server so as not to damage the economy of new servers by bringing in a legacy players with huge amount of gil and items. Is this true?
Me to, i have 17+ friends who is unable to get into Masamune![]()
it may be like the open beta, but is should be a little better then it, as is paying user(or is should be) playing it, this time
open beta was FREE for EVERYONE that could get in
Ye they should allow us legacy players to transfer after one week. It can actually help spread us out actually. If our friends can't join the legacy servers then we might transfer as a group to new servers hence normalizing population across servers![]()
I know just what you guys are going through, although i was unable to locate any of my FFXI LS that moved to XIV, i got some friends to join me from PSO2, i just hope they will be able to get on my server, its quite boring adventuring alone.
Agree it's why we play mmorpg for. to play with friends and other ppl![]()
Any news or updates on how much paid server transfer is going to cost?
That might be the only option for my friends if the restriction isn't removed for early access/launch...
I am a little worried I won't be able to make a new character on Balmung come Saturday. Fingers crossed.
