why is ps3 reliant on psn to register a game with square? why didn't we get codes to register our service accounts directly with the company who made the game and is going to bill us each month? if square just registered my account from the start i could log in an hour ago. like sony cares if they ever get the data

pc users didn't get a code they had to register through microsoft to play, they just sent the code they got back to square

Exactly. Why do we even need two codes? The code we paid for should be what is used to get access. This is very frustrating.

Hey, so, I kind of have a little (big) issue right now.

After clicking endlessly and getting Error 3 over and over for a few hours, I figured "what the heck" and tried redeeming it as a PS3 code. To my surprise and horror, it actually worked. I luckily have a PS3, so I tried logging into the game through that. Got to the start screen and everything. So I hopped back onto my laptop (my PS3 is in my room mate's room, and he's asleep around the time I get off work), tried to log in through there and... it doesn't let me in. I get the feeling I either was sent a PS3 code, which doesn't make sense because the receipt claimed it was for PC, or that the codes actually work both was and I've made a huge, huge mistake. Anyone else do something like this and find a workaround, or maybe some advice?

I have the problem of being sold a PC code for a ps3 code. My purchase confirmation says I purchased for ps3. I need some dam help. I've been screwing with this for two days. I just want to cry.

NA ps3 codes all broken, no ps3 players in early access. stop focusing on the pc users and help the rest of your customers square

OK so here's the thing I myself have a legacy account from owning version1.0 now from my understanding early access is only for pre orders?? But thats not the problem the problem is that i only had a standard edition of 1.0 and my wife had a collectors edition. Now if she uses the early access code does that mean she is goin to receive all the collectors edition items as well or is that going to be seprate. Because honestly I want the pre order and collectors items and my wife all she wants is early access. And I want my bonuses for both lol.

It's good to know I spent 80 bucks and can not even enter EA. Says I have no valid account for FFXIV and my PSN 12 digit code still doesn't work since Wednesday. Just needed to vent, Thank you!
