My problem is not receiving an EU Pre-Order Code.

I have contacted them via webchat every day since Wednesday 21st when they refused to check the details and assured me it would arrive by Friday at the latest. Now they are telling me that they cant guarantee a code before the 27th. After ordering this game months ago, I am really disgusted by the customer service I have had.

When I telephoned the UK office this morning, I was advised that only Head Office can issue me the code..... (Head Office is of course non customer facing haha)

Imagine how much frustration could be avoided if their front line staff could just issue one or have the code that should have been issued on the screen with the order..... Then they could just tell us it over the phone or webchat......

So yeah, if you have the same problem with an EU code (as registration numbers were not placed in the order confirmation email like the NA one) then make sure you have submitted a support ticket. Then cross your fingers.....
