    I pre ordered the game through amazon, got a confirmation email but haven't received a code, the access starts tomorrow so im guessing i should probably do something about this now..

    Amazon is usually really good about the service. If you contact them by phone (they usually call instantly or within 5 minutes) you can get your code from them immediatley.

    Just make sure your account is set to the correct region before activating the code.
