I had this exact same issue. Unfortunatley I tried everything including contacting Square-Enix. I eventually begged Amazon to let me cancel it and grab a different EA code. Because you got it through SE though you'll have to go through them. X_x - Good LuckI bought two physical CE copies of FFXIV:ARR back in late May, one for myself and the other for my brother. The purchase was made from the Square store as a single order, and the confirmation email included two preorder registration codes. I took the first, my brother the second. We have separate user accounts on SE's site, each with its own email address.
Although it took a while, he was eventually successful in registering his preorder code, receiving the 20-character early-access code, and redeeming that, and when he logs into the launcher it shows the "gotta wait for EA to start" message.
Ever since, when I try to register my code I'm getting error 2 (code already used) for a large number of retries, then it's back to error 3. Brother is showing two copies of ARR in the "registered games" section of his profile on na.square-enix.com. I don't have any mention of ARR in my profile, and when I log into the launcher it unsurprisingly shows that I need to register an early-access code before I can continue (to the "wait for EA" screen).
I started a ticket on the issue and am in a queue for live chat, but if I can correct the problem I'll close it and get out of everyone's way. Aside from just waiting and retrying, does anyone have any suggestions?

Live Chat and Customer support is worhtless on this issue, I was on the phone and queing for text chat and either can do ANYTHING, and once they found out they couldn't help me that hung up on me, jerks!!!! I am so pissed right now I may just cancel my pre-order all together.

PSA: If you got a PS3 EU code and need a NA code customer support said that to keep trying to redeem your codes on PSN because their fix will enable you to redeem your codes on there eventually.
I've browsed through the thread, but can't seem to figure out exactly what's going on. I imagine it's because nobody knows, but I thought I'd ask anyway:
There are still delays getting the emails with the early access codes?
I pre-ordered the PC digital CE download (through SE site). Got the immediate confirmation of purchase and the serial number, registered my email to receive my early access code, etc. Have not receive any word of it yet. I even scoured my junk folder just in case it went there.
Early Access is in 2 days, I am getting antsy~ Should I just wait it out assuming they're working on it, or should I be contacting somebody about this?
PC, not ps3 here.
