I waited 2 hours in chat queue and got the same " no agents available to chat " haha - - SE, you guys suck.. seriously.

Wow that sucks... at least I actually got to speak to someone, even if all I got after answering a ton of questions was "we're aware of it"

Actually asked me a bunch of questions about where i got it, when i entered the code, what my id was, was the 18 and 20 codes were etc... made me think I was going to get a real answer.... then ended with copy/pasted phrase of we're aware of it, watch site/twitter for updates.
