Has anyone been having issues registering the Early Access code?

I keep getting this error with mine:

And, yes, this is with an NA Early Access Code from this website: http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/downloadpc?code=

I've tried again today and still comes up with that error. The codes are valid. I already have the 20-digit Early Access Code for the NA version starting with "RAAU".

I've already tried changing region or language, nothing works.
