Still waiting on my e-mail with my early access code here. I only pre-ordered last night since I wasn't going to have time to play during early access anyway (I'm a 1.0 player), ordered from the EU Square Enix store. I received an auto e-mail telling me about my purchase, and that I didn't have to do anything else yet, that they would send me my early access code around the time that early access starts. Yet I read somewhere else on these forums that some people that did this got their code instantly too... Anyone found a solution for this one?

Same thing here, with people going apeshit crazy for not receiving their code i'm kinda scared too >.<
And even when they have their code they weren't able to apply it... (that was fixed if im correct)

But yeah, 3hrs til EA, still no code... :/

I commanded the game the 19 july. I got my pre order bonus code witch is AAAAAA-###-AAAAAA-###

I register for the game with that code. But now they tell me my account is invalid and that I must register again with at ####-####-####-####-#### code like that. But I do not have any code that can enter that.

What should I do?

I need help with my ff xiv account
My main character from Beta 4 is missing! I didn't delete anything, there is just my side character.Does this mean I can't get Bonus items for my Main chara?

My problem is not receiving an EU Pre-Order Code.

I have contacted them via webchat every day since Wednesday 21st when they refused to check the details and assured me it would arrive by Friday at the latest. Now they are telling me that they cant guarantee a code before the 27th. After ordering this game months ago, I am really disgusted by the customer service I have had.

When I telephoned the UK office this morning, I was advised that only Head Office can issue me the code..... (Head Office is of course non customer facing haha)

Imagine how much frustration could be avoided if their front line staff could just issue one or have the code that should have been issued on the screen with the order..... Then they could just tell us it over the phone or webchat......

So yeah, if you have the same problem with an EU code (as registration numbers were not placed in the order confirmation email like the NA one) then make sure you have submitted a support ticket. Then cross your fingers.....

Hi i have still yet to receive my code for early access game was ordered on 23/07/2013 03:54, and still no code to access game now there's 20 minutes left until launch and no code... this has got to be the worst launch of a game ever !!! Where is my code??? regardless if i don't have the code by launch then i will be issuing a charge back and getting a refund !!!

I'm just wondering when the preorder page will stop being retarded and let me put in my code to get the one for the actual game. Cause I preordered my digital copy off of SE's site.
