2 Hours till early access, still no early access code in my e-mail.

Still no access code in email for me either (Eu account).

Couldn't even log in to the forums on the account I preordered on (Zyklusx) to post this because it said I hadn't registered.

Have had to use this old ff11 and ff14beta account to reply to forums....


Edit: to clarify this is not the account I used to preorder. My primary account still hasn't received an access code. This is an old one that had to be used for forums access because my primary account "isn't registered".

I ordered two copies for me and my brother from the SE store, got my early access codes, except only one, It's been a number of days and have never gotten the second code, support tickets haven't helped either.

So I have an early access code registered under my username but it says PC and I clicked on ps3? now I cannot log in on ps3 and says no valid user account? anyone know the fix to this? can you register to both ps3 and pc?

That option from wot i know is for owners of 1.0 game to use the same account for PC and Ps3(legacy or non legacy if i remember corect)

If u are not an 1.0 owner u need separate acounts for Ps3 and PC.

Ok, so I have a 1.0 character, where do I redownload the ps3 version because this ps3 user id Is locked to my SE ID and my wife has the 1.0 character. Is there a thread with the link or something? ideally she should be able to play on both?

I am sory but i dont know the details how u can link your PS3 with a PC account(1.0 owner).

But i am convinced that i sow on this forum that u can do that.Search it on this forum or how to on google.

I dont have a Ps3 so this was not a major problem for me so i didnt bother with the details.

When I put in my Early Access code it says "wrong region." My account is NA but the code is EU. This is PC standard edition pre-order.
I've tried language and location settings, all on US. I've tried going through the whole process on the NA site many times, still gives me the RAAE code instead of RAAU.
I've sent 2 tickets to support but both got an auto response a few hours later talking about the wrong thing (beta codes).

Is there anything I can do? This really sucks to not have the biggest reward of pre-ordering

Hi,

In Phase 3 beta, i linked my PSN ( EU region) to my SE service account (NA region). Just wondering if i wanted to buy a copy for my PS3, should i buy an EU version or NA version?

Also, can i create another NA region PSN and link to my current SE service account? Cuz, i remember reading something about only one PSN account can link to a SE service account.

I've read that buying the game on amazon, using the early access code then refunding it works if you have the wrong region one now.
So we get our money back from amazon? Can someone confirm?
