You don't because you want to get the Maim buff/Slashing Debuff up first.

I usu open with TH/OP-> (Unchained) -> Eye ->(Berserk) BBlock ->(IB) Fracture -> BBlock/Path -> Eye (pacification mid-combo)

We're now so bored that we're necrobumping titles that have been laid to rest long ago?
