Thanks for the reply. They already activate the code redemption website and
in their beta forums it is obvious a number of customers who purchase from
your company suffered from this problem.
If the redemption website shows "Error 3: There is some problem. Please try
again" Yes it is Square-Enix problem. But what shows is "Error 2: The code
has alrady been used." Which means the code is having problems.
Can't you help me by re-issue another code to me and inform Square Enix
about it instead of leaving me stranded after taking my money.

We have confirmed the URL's with Square and the links above are correct. Due to the popularity of the game, there are some website issues so please try your activation again. If you are still having issues, please contact the Square Enix Support Centre -

The key you have been provided with the correct 18-digit code to get your pre-order code. As the email states, I have to refer you to the Square Enix support.
It may be that they have not yet activated the pre-order code process and trying again in an hour or two might make the difference.
