Same here, but my case worse than u guys, Log in new account but linked to old account(that had been suspended) that why i'm so confuse which accounts was registered.

The key you have been provided with the correct 18-digit code to get your pre-order code. As the email states, I have to refer you to the Square Enix support.

It may be that they have not yet activated the pre-order code process and trying again in an hour or two might make the difference.
