Pre-order code not received

You won't receive pre-order code if you ordered from SE Eu store, just EA code (4-4-4-4-4)
If you haven't received EA code (20 digits) by now, you should contact support as they said some time ago.

Already did, they told me to wait more...so hard to send e-mails aparently
