The one funny thing I find about all of this is everyone does not want this game turning out like WoW. The reason WoW turned out how it did is because the company ''listened'' too much. I don't want this turning into a ''spec of the week'' game.
Firstly, thankyou for noticing me lolActually, this time it appears to be chime85 is the culprit (don't know about fanning flames, but chime85 has a lot of the more recent posts).
Secondly, if you read the thread from the start, through till now. The thread has gotte from lynch mob mentality, to something people can work on.
However, At times i posted to two ppl, the threads etc get a bit mixed i believe. I'd say give a 10 min allowence as some posts are a tad long lol
This post has got ovewr 100 posts due to the fact that some posters are finding some common ground to which a basis of negotiation is possible
For the most part, I would rather them update the game the way they are doing it right now. Any further delays will only hurt the game. If you shut down the servers for any reason, people will leave and immediately move on to other games. Hence why the game is free, to keep players from moving on. Also why the updated are coming in every two weeks instead of months.. Also why we are getting notified and have a Devtracker.
You see, these are desperate attempts at keeping a playerbase and its working very well so far. Let them do things the way they plan on doing it, because any other way would only cause a delay, and any delay what-so-ever is a delay that they cannot afford.
