Is the release code region locked?

I'm sorry to hear that; if people still can't get the right region code, its best to contact SE support. Also for those who got a 20 digit code, keep in mind that if your code starts with RAAU its NA and i think RAAE is EU.

already sent an email but with all the cases..i doubt they'll come back to me before EA start =/

worse comes to worse I'll reg my 20 code to a new EU account and start all over again =(
