Pre order without early access?

I hope you guys can help me with a problem that has made me very angry/confused/sad
I pre ordered the collector's edition right after the closed beta off ffxiv arr and none of the stores in my town had any left , so I bought it trough a store I thought was just as good as the one in town but in a different place.(Online)
Now I didnt receive any early access up untill now and ive send an email to them asking them where it is.
They replied with the following:Sorry we did not get the privilage off getting those codes only some stores got them and we werent one of those.

I thought when I pre order you get the early access?And now I wont be able to play untill I get my gamebox which will be around the 27th.So now what should I do , I hope you people can help me out with this.Thanks in advance for any replies

I'm really sorry to hear that. Many retailers have exhausted codes.

The only way I can see you getting Early Access is by ordering the standard version from a retailer that still has codes such as Amazon. Nearly all have sold out of Collector Editions, if not all. This may not be a solution given you don't want to pay twice. I'd say stick around someone may have a extra code.

Step 1) - Go back to that store, with your receipt, and get a refund. If they won't give you one, I guess you're out of luck.
Step 2) - Buy the game on the square enix online store. in your receipt (which you can view in your order history at any time) is the serial number for your preorder bonus package. (the code you type in on the preorder/early access website). http://store.na.square-enix.com/stor...0#.UhXtuj_WOso you can only order the digital version of the collector's edition, which comes with all of the in-game collector's edition items, but no additional physical product. If you don't care about the in-game items, just order the standard digital version.

Well I did actually want the game box and all off the stuff , and I doubt the store will give me my money back I ordered it online, I do know I will never buy a pre order game with them ever again.
So maybe ill just hope someone out there has an early access code for me or maybe square enix can help me out.Man am I bothered by this I even went and bought me a new pc just so that I could play decent -sniff-

May we ask which online store you got it from? if it is a company such as Gamestop u can call and canceal get a refund 3-5 days usually and then hit up the SE online store like noted above. Luckly I had the CE from 1.0 so I cancealed my 2.0 CE no need for the real items.

I bought it from a store named nedgame.I rlly wanted all the items (box included etc and ingame stuff)thats why I went on the lookout for the collector's edition out of my town , and was so happy I found one , only now to be very disseapointed.

U must have read wrong , but I didnt get early access with my pre order game at all so I cant activate it if I dont own any

There was a site selling early access codes for 3$ if thats all your worried about and its worth it to you. I can't find it now, it was on the beta forums, maybe someone else has the link? So I hope that there's someone out there who is so kind , that he has a spare early access code and would like to part with it to give another fan off final fantasy a chance to play earlier , I guess its not much of a chance but I thought I try it out anyway.
