Early access code - Don't know which service account to use

Hi there,

Im a EU player, and I have recieved my early access code.

For me to activate I need to pick which Service Account I want to use (Apparently I have two). The problem is I can't remember which service account holds my current character from Open Beta. It is very important for me to choose the right service account for the early accces code, as only one of them has access to the legacy server my guild is playing on: Ragnarok.

The code activation window guides me to "the old Lodestone" where I should be able to see which characters are on which service accounts, but upon logging in Im just told that my current Service account holds no characters...and i never get to option to switch to see the chars on my other.

Can you point me to somewhere I can see which charaters I have on my two service accounts? (I tried looking at my Square Enix account and although it lists my two service accounts it doesnt list the characters on them.)
