Collasunius, you need to have a http://eu.square-enix.com/en/home account to get the preorder code. This you can link to your https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app account so the login are the same. You put in your 6-3-6-3 code after you do the login stuff for http://preorder.eu.finalfanyasyxiv.com, THEN you'll get your 20 digit PC code (or your 12 digit PS3, since you got a CE?). It's a little convoluted but hopefully this helps!

How do you link accounts? Only options I see in there are Xbox, PSN, Steam and Facebook. Is that the right area? Not to mention there are 2 basic info and linked accounts buttons lol Maybe this whole thing is incomplete on their end.

Hmmm my SE account was old enough that I had to do this. Not sure if it applies to you?

Not sure if the members site login even matters too much (my two logins are identical). The important one is getting that PC/PS3 code linked to your secure.square-enix.com login account, aka what you log into your game with.

Got the accounts set-up, no option anywhere to link them that I can see. Also, the pre-order site doesn't load for me correctly, language selection doesn't show up

Hi all. First off, let me just say, Square Enix really really really should consider posting an FAQ listing exactly which websites to use to pre-register, upgrade, etc. Right now, it's so confusing because of all of the different websites, and account websites out there, it's liable to make some of those who are less persistent just give up!

Now, that being said, I finally found the correct website ( I think) to input my code I was given back when I purchased, from SE's store, the pre-order of the CE edition. I tried to enter said code into this webpage: http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ When I do, it gives me green check marks on each section of the code, and then I hit PC and confirm, and it gives me an ERROR 3. What is this? And, can anyone help please? Thank you.

Can anyone confirm whether the pre-order bonus items can be redeemed on multiple characters on the same account or are they for 1 character only?

Pretty sure it means all the characters on that same service account will get the item via Mog Mail. I got my Legacy Choco & Asuran Armguards on all my chars, even beta 4 only ones.

We had people in our Guild Start getting thru yesterday with the Pre-Order in the afternoon. My wife got thru first try today. Things should be smoother, now that the initial rush should be done.

I was getting error 3 until I edited my profile. SE had made me a British female, that didn't fly with registering a US code.
