    Just got this to work:

    Re enter the xxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx-xxx code and it gave me a NA code this time instead of an EU code, and it worked fine to enter it.

    That does work for some, but a lot of people are getting error 2'd, which prevents them from re-entering their preorder code

    I am having the same issue as you guys. Enter 20 digit code on the website and keep getting a RAAE- code. EU code I am guessing. Tried the many fixes posted around the internet but nothing.

    What do you guys suggest is the best course of action to get this rectified?

    Nothing rectifies it at the moment if you are getting error 2'd or repeated RAAE codes. My only suggestion would be to get through the support line and get your ticket in. It won't do anything right now, but it might down the line.

    I tried to use my code that I got in my email and it does not work at all. It was telling me an error for my ps3
