On a side note I finally got the emails overnight, unfortunately with the EU code from their EU email.
I also received a 20 character EU code. I received it as part of the online registration process. I have received an email with the same EU code from their EU email. I have had an NA FFXIV account since v1.0 beta. I have sent two emails regarding this to support and have heard nothing. I purchased the v2.0 Collectors Edition even though I have a v1.0 CE and legacy status. If this is not resolved soon, I will be very disappointed.
