I tried entering my pre order code again after the issue was 'resolved'. I DID get another code.... which was AGAIN of EU!
What are the possible solutions thus far? Create an EU account? Swap early access codes with someone?
I got an EU code as well after getting the game registered on my SE profile account. I sent in a ticket about my code not working. Waiting on a reply.
But, this morning, I noticed that FFXIV is no longer registered to my SE Profile, when it was registered just a few days ago. I am frustrated.

This says it's related to Final Fantasy XI on the support page but if you look below there is a live chat there. You can see if that will get you through to someone since it doesn't mention live chat anywhere on the Final Fantasy XIV support pages:

Not sure what the link for EU is but one would have to investigate further.
still the same RAAE after I try again..this is sad

I am having the same issue as you guys. Enter 20 digit code on the website and keep getting a RAAE- code. EU code I am guessing. Tried the many fixes posted around the internet but nothing.
What do you guys suggest is the best course of action to get this rectified?

Nothing rectifies it at the moment if you are getting error 2'd or repeated RAAE codes. My only suggestion would be to get through the support line and get your ticket in. It won't do anything right now, but it might down the line.

instead of us contacting support why cant they just make a page..
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
