I was under the impression my Square Enix account was a NA account, and after buying the game from your store and trying to register, I am receiving a region compatibility error. I have checked my account on the Square Enix account management page, and it's showing my account as "European other".
I created a support ticket a while ago now, and I have yet to receive a response. Can someone please let me know what can be done to resolve this issue, I am an ex 1.0 player, and I only pre ordered again so that I could get early access!
