World Transfer on release date / early access?

I have one question and that is will there be a world transfer for people who played during beta phase 4 and/or Early access

Many people i know play on different server and we actually gonna make a free company
reason we are all split up is because of the 3012 error and the locks on the server

I would be silly that you transfer character data over if there aint a FREE service like this available to reunite people!

I completely agree. I'm on Malboro, but I'd like to switch to Behemoth (official reddit server).

It'd be nice to see another once-off Free Transfer Period organised.

Data centres caused a big divide in communities. Since the AoE issue has been fixed and since people have had a chance to test on them...a lot of people are now regretting leaving their communities to chase better ping, since it is no longer impossible to dodge things on what they previously perceived to be caused exclusively by latency.

It would also be nice to get clarification on character creation - I imagine since no announcement has been made, that people can freely make new characters on any world again at Early Access/Launch?

Server transfers would be really useful to have at release, I know a few friends who couldn't get onto their servers of choice with character creation being sporadically available, but it doesn't seem too likely at release day.

To quote the last live letter summary:

Q12: Are you planning to have a world transfer service?

A12: As this is a game with world barriers, we will be preparing this service so you can move to the same world as old friends as well as new people you meet and become friends with through the Duty Finder. We plan on starting this fee-based service that will allow you to transfer to the world of your choice around 2-3 weeks after launch. Once we have finalized the details we will be sure to let you know.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
