I did that in a previous MMO. I couldn't play the game for a little while, so I became more involved in the forums. When I got back in the game, I felt like I enjoyed it more because I was part of the community. I was not level-capped at that time, either.I come from a background where if I can't play the game currently due to maintenance or whatever I want to be active in the forums having productive conversations with other players and generally conversing within the community, and limiting 20 posts per day to me is nothing considering I used to make well over 50-100 posts a day in other forum based sites.
