The profile edit helped my brother register his EA code. First time was error 3 then switch stuff around in profile and bam! it worked

3) Enter the code, if it errors, keep hitting submit, no need to refresh. Once it goes through, u'll see a new page with a 20 digit code and you will receive a mail with the code also.

I ordered PC CE from Game and they sent the 18 digit code wich worked properly re-directing me to the 20 digit one but i had no confirmation email or even a email with that same code. Im gonna wait till tomorrow and see if it worked but after reading this i can say imworried now. ^^

How do I submit a ticket to the support center? Do I include my pre-order code from the wrong region?

Welcome to my world. At this point I'm pretty sure I won't be able to play tomorrow. They've handled this problem very poorly and there will probably be a rather large verbal backlash for the first week or so. Personally, I don't feel that I'm entitled to the head-start (even though I paid for it in June), but it would have been nice to get out of the newbie area that I'm so close to leaving. Oh well.
