Transfering pre-order/CE Bonus items from an account to another

Hi,

I think this might interest more people than myself, so, will it be possible to trade the pre-order and CE bonus items from one account to another? Let's say I have 2 accounts - a regular japanese and a collector's edition european one. Can I give the redeemed items to my japanese account? And vice versa, give my european character a meteor pet I got for my japanese account.

Doubt you can do this. I believe they only mentioned that all your characters under that one account can redeemed all the bonus items, but not transferable to another account, specially under a different region.
