you haven't done the hard mode 8 mans yet if you think that.

I don't know about Garuda but it is not needed on Ifrit. Most WHM waste their mana like crazy because they know they have a BRD in raid.
Or you have 2 WHM and a WAR as MT

Now don't get me wrong, you still need to put it up from time to time but it does not represents a high amount of time.

TP song is not needed. DRG/BRD have self regen and tanks almost never run out of TP.
