As someone who probly crafts about as much as humanly possible
i can say with 110% certainty that the sp penalty is all crafters get

agreed i just did another 100 rounds of Iron Hooks to get my BS upto 22/23 I can confirm out of all the crafting ive done that all we get is standard surplus
