Keyboard only here, as in XI I just find it to the fastest easiest method of playing xiv. Honestly I would say keyboard only is faster then a mouse at everything but targeting, since all the commands are a button press away, mouse you have to drag around and click everything.

Never liked using wasd, so that alone will stop me from ever touching a mouse.
