    I'm THM50 but I did leve-linking PTs where I would fail my way to 50 so I never accumulated guild points. Now I am doing some THM guild point leves to get this trait. The trait "increases affinity by 10" and it is possible to reach 100. How do I reach 100? Do I need to purchase this trait over and over? Or is it only available for purchase once?

    Currently you can only buy it once, it's for cross-class purposes only and will not benefit your THM at all. Your THM will always have 100 THM affinity, it's the other classes using a THM spell that will take a hit w/o Transcendence.
