This please.2) For the love of god, allow pearlsack holders and linkshell leaders to boot members from the linkshell without them being online. This is a very large inconvenience when you have inactive members and the only way to free up space in the linkshell is to break the shell and remake it entirely.
Just replying to say I agree with everything mentioned here.
i should have read through the posts listed here, i have the SAME complaints! i just posted a thread talking abot the same issues. i lead one of the only RP LS's in Palamecia server called The Lucid Knights and well, it hasnt been an easy trip with the lack of communication that cant be helped between myself, officers and members. ive been using vent to try and post MOTD but that works only so much...i try to track when people log but its just alot of work ..more than it needs to be and also, i thought i was the only person having that issue of getting d/c from FFXIV when i checked the roster-like every half hour or so LOL thanks for posting this, i feel like the boat i was paddling away in just got a bit more populated ^^V

				Agreed.
We have re-shelled 2 times already.
This is a basic social aspect to FFXIV and needs to be fixed immediately.
1.) Add/Remove members who are far away or offline.
2.) /lsmes
Thank you.
SE please put in a funtion where we can remove member from a Linkshell without needing them to be on game. The Linkshell I'm in we been repearling it 3 time now cause of ppl who dont play no more and we cant remove them out the shell cause they not on line to do so. Please seriousely think about adding a function for us to remove member from Linkshell without not needing them to be on.
