Currently, our LS leader is taking a break from the game, along with most my LS. Essentially, there are only 3-4 active players in our shell. This has been problematic in that we've been unable to pearl any new members. I apologize for the lack of knowledge - is there no current LS ability to create officers or 'sacks', as they were called in ffxi, who can create pearls and invite new members?

Sadly only the Sack holder can do that in any system. In this case you would have to do a full repearl and get the sack on another member
