Going through the same issues here. Planning another pearl break and redistribution on Thursday, actually. So please allow me to put my weight behind this suggestion as well.

^ all of this.Being an officer and pearlsack holder of a large and active linkshell, I can say from experience that there are many issues with the linkshell system that desperately need to be addressed. They include, but are not limited to, as follows:
1) This is an obvious one. Resolve the glitch that frequently (I'd estimate 50% of the time) causes the game to crash when the linkshell member list is opened. This should have been addressed long ago, there's really no excuse.
2) For the love of god, allow pearlsack holders and linkshell leaders to boot members from the linkshell without them being online. This is a very large inconvenience when you have inactive members and the only way to free up space in the linkshell is to break the shell and remake it entirely.
3) Make the linkshell member list more detailed. As in FFXI, display each member's current location, rank, physical level, etc. in addition to whether or not they are online.
4) /lsmes. We need it. Enough said.
Possibly more to come.
And maybe a quick way to change your ls without having to go into that menu every time, it gets taxing after a while, or maybe you could just change your ls by typing /linkshell1-10? talking in more then one when you can see them all is really annoying.

Agree wholeheartedly on everything except:
> display each member's current location
I like how this game really keeps the stalkery/control freak LS leaders and members at bay.
Having to break your LS and remake it and invite everyone back just to clear inactive members is a royal pain. Please fix it.
I must say some linkshell management options would be really really nice
Especialy the ability to get rid of inactive, offline people, it is becoming a real problem that alot of shells want fixed
Bumping because I very much agree with everything stated here. Our LS is going to have to do another break and make soon due to clearing inactive members. Also someone suggested being able to see when members last logged in, which is a great idea to help determine inactivity. Please SE, we need some better linkshell management.Being an officer and pearlsack holder of a large and active linkshell, I can say from experience that there are many issues with the linkshell system that desperately need to be addressed. I agree with what others have said. I just skimmed through and noticed all the obvious suggestions, but even something along the lines of creating more available emblems and colors would be a nice addition.
I agree^~^
i also would like a way to take off one of the LS without throwing them away while being logged into another.
Somehow the list of LS members also randomly gets sorted.
I'd like a way to Hide Offline members and only show the people online. As well as sort by class and stuff.
If they had a Hide Offline, and removed the limit of people you can have, I wouldn't care about being able to remove offline players as much.
I +1 this. It needs to happen. I'm tired of reforming LS's because you have too many names that are inactive.
