Registering Promo Codes/Obtaining.

Hey everyone, I'm a little curious on some stuff to do with promo codes.

1) Would registering Promo codes on an account that already has a character, give the character those items? IE Asuran Gauntlets, Garlond Goggles, Herme's Shoes, Onion Helm. I know in 1.0 these items were only added to new characters made AFTER you register the codes. Would I be able to get let's say the gauntlets if I registered it now on my legacy character?

2) I can't find a copy of the ORIGINAL FFXIII anyway, I live in Canada and the places I did find them don't ship here. I was gonna go ahead and grab a copy to get the Gauntlet code that comes with. Now I'm curious did they put the code in the 'Greatest hits'/'Xbox Platinum' copies? Can anyone confirm they do or don't?

1) I think they changed it so that you would be able to register codes on existing characters, the items will come to you in the mail.

2) You won't be able to get the armguards anymore, the code was only released with the PS3 version of FFXIII for a certain amount of time.
