I'm in the same boat, though I do have a back-up token I can activate, plus one on the way with my PS3 Physical CE that I've pre-ordered. Also, you can always begin using the Phone app. Personally I'm sticking with my physical token for now.

"One-time password" applies to both the physical token and the phone app. It's what they refer to as the additional PW we have to enter when logging in.

A quick google search, I located this page http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...6oj7kp14dupgr4 It looks like you'd need to select products&services as Category then SQEX Security token as sub-category, then describe your issue.

I'm sure this has happened to many people, hopefully if we end up needing it as well, it won't be a problem.
