Character Creation Benchmark

How do you guys take the screenshot of char/creation or benchmark to post here or on twitter? And how do you create link for it on Twitter? Maybe I've asked too many questions for today. :/

I use a tool called "PrtScr". When you press it's screen capture button, you can then cut out a section you want to keep, add markings and save directly to disk (without having to use Paint).
