I use a tool called "PrtScr". When you press it's screen capture button, you can then cut out a section you want to keep, add markings and save directly to disk (without having to use Paint).

Oh my gosh thank you so much! I've been having an impossible time trying to take pics since my keyboard doesn't have the right keys to take screenshots the normal way! Finally found a work around!

Do you have the correct drivers installed? Does Windows recognize your GPU?

Yep, it functions fine in every other way I can figure out to test it. But the benchmark program only recognizes the integrated intel graphics.

That is weird. Also sounds like something beyond my ability to troubleshoot. What kind of GPU is it?

It's an Nvidia Geforce GTX 765m. I'm running Windows 7 on an Alienware 14 laptop, if that matters. It's really strange, I have the benchmark program set to only run on the GPU according to my Nvidia controls, and set the GPU to be the system's default graphics card, but the benchmark program still won't recognize it.
