There used to be another button by the cancel button. I can't remember what it was lol, (I think "Options" maybe?) but when you clicked you saw your character's name and their "end date" which previously was the last day of each month (changed each month, was most recently July 31).

Also, it might be new that it lists the account under "Active" service accounts? Did it say Active before?

Yes just checked old game manual... it said "options list" before above cancel and it still said active service account... The only difference is that the options list button is gone...
