It's because they are animated like children. They have to follow along with their finger, while everyone else reads like an adult.

Man... SE is really on a kick with the orange and chartreuse color combo... I love the design of the AF, coloring however I could deal without. Possibly my most hated colors in the game (at least from beta). Here's hoping for a reskin (a la dynamis) or dyable parts! I was really looking forward to some red and dark green from the concept art on that note.

Edit: And hoorah for the wings on back looking like a Yuke, just beat the CC DS games a couple months ago. Nifty little homage.
