I remember hearing awhile ago that some weapons will be able to "level up". Is this true and what are some details to how this will work ingame?

Yes, Relic weapons, will be able to be leveled up as level caps increase Via Quests.

Will all the classes have a second job path?

Yes they are currently looking into getting all current jobs a second job path.

Will you be adding a buy back feature for grand company equipment you no longer use due to out leveling the item

As its not NDA anymore, Yes that system is already in there (also buys back other stuff)

Duty finder is only for light party I.E 4/4 dungeon or can duty finder create 8/8 I.E ifrit, Garuda level 50?

As its not NDA anymore, Duty finder can be used in a party or solo to fill ALL gaps needed to do quests, guildhests, dungeons, side quests, primal battles e.t.c. So basicly its used for everything.

When will character re-customization take place? During Phase 4, Early Release, or Official Release?

Character data can be transferred over from Beta Phase 4 to launch, and on launch a character edit flag will be activated for 1.0 players giving them a chance to change their character's appearance once.

We're still deciding whether all this will take place during early access or on August 27th, and will update you once we know more.
