Awesome post by the OP, was a great read and an ever better idea. I kinda missed having to "Earn & Pay" for my spells, instead of just been giving them. I hope 1 of the devs notices this and they take it into consideration.

Just replace V for BR and Government for SE. That's pretty much what's going on here.
