Several people got more than one code. That doesn't mean you needed the 2nd one.
This is why you don't assume anything guys. Everyone on the first page acted like it was common knowledge that no code would be required even though it never specifically said that anywhere. I am grateful though, that they posted this information. My brother and I will know not to plan any time off now until the beginning of early release.

It makes me sad that your brother didn't get a key when SE should know that he should have. Has he tried signing up for a beta key again? Is he getting the "this email already applied" message? Maybe you could try the "Bayohne Phone" to see if he can get his key and register it in the next 10 days? I wish you both the best.

Weird how they worked that in the beginning. Went back and rechecked my confirmation e-mail for Alpha and there was no registration code, just a link to download the client. Never received anything for Beta, just downloaded the client and started the first day. My SE Account lists the same thing so I am going to assume that I am good. If not then I will just have to enjoy Open Beta on my PS3

You are correct. I went back and looked at my Alpha email of December 10. It directed me to log into a certain page and create a username. From there I had access to the Alpha/Beta forums and was then able to DL the client. There was no code.Weird how they worked that in the beginning. However, alpha did not get me into beta, as Molly implied. Legacy got me into Beta and I was emailed a code for that, along with instructions on how to register it onto my SE account, on February 19.
I do not believe that Alpha was automatic entry into Beta.

Well Jilly you have taught me one thing today. It's time for me to clean up and consolidate my e-mail folders. Went back and checked all of them for that date and there it was....in Receipts instead of Personal where it belonged. Thanks. You are correct. I went back and looked at my Alpha email of December 10. I wish I could just give him my beta access.
I am actually wondering the same thing as Arkham Native Santori Zhonets. When he attempts to apply, does a message state, "This e-mail already applied" or some equivalent? If nothing else, mayhaps try a different e-mail address? Of course, not a hotmail one! He he.
The deadline (July 30th) is steadily approaching...eesh! Does your brother have a PS3? I ask because I'd be more than overjoyed to give him my PS3 BETA ACCESS CODE if I receive one before the 30th deadline and he does not (here presuming that more invites will be sent prior to the deadline)!!!
Twelve, guide him!
