Craft Leveling Guides

So in 1.0 I didn't level many crafts. I felt like I'd rather dig out my eyeballs with a melon scooper than craft in 1.0. I hated it that badly. Really.

I tried it in phase 2, and it wasn't bad at all. The changes made it much faster. With a few minor changes, it didn't seem like it would bore me to tears. It sounds like the slight changes that I thought were needed have been made. So in ARR, I'm gonna give crafting another chance.

Wow, reading this and looking at xivdb.com I realize they've removed or complicated a lot of the recipes I used to level in 1.x. I'm kind of glad I already did this now
