Unable to extract CC benchmark

I'm getting this error with this one file: game\sqpack\ffxiv\020000.win32.dat0 That is preventing me from using the benchmark. I've tried using WinRAR and standard extration, I've tried downloading it twice. Is there any way to resolve this problem?

WinRAR was unable to open it, I had to use 7zip. Granted I'm also using a version of WinRAR that's some six years old, a more recent version might be able to deal with whatever changes have been percolating in the .ZIP format recently.

I'm getting the exact same issue the error code I get for it is 0x80004005

I had an issue, but I switched something that helped me. When I clicked the link it was set to
"open with"

Instead of doing that, I changed it to save to computer. Then opened it from my computer. IDK
if that will help but I definitely had trouble as well.

It sounds like your file is either corrupted which would mean you have to re d/l. Or you just have a problem with your zipping program? I use WinAce. I have also used that 7zip one before, I have heard good things about WinRar.

I extracted it using my computer default extracting software... I recommend using that...

Well I guess mine was a corrupted file. redownloaded it and it extracted fine after I installed winzip. Thanks ^_^
