In the recent letter Yoshida says we're half way through so we have one more test after this one if they're going by the roadmap.

Thanks, I missed that post in all the excitement! It does seem like they're consolidating #3 and #4 in this fourth week.http://forum.square-enix.com/ARR-Tes...hase-3-Outline
According to this outline, we're on test 3 which is the test for the duty finder (however, we're on the fourth week of phase 3). Because the ending date of this test has not been announced, I'm assuming that this means the test is going to last longer than normal, which suggests that maybe they've consolidated test 3 and the final test.
Who knows, we'll find out this weekend
Either or, I'm not looking forward to the down-time![]()

Wouldn't it be consolidating #4 and #5? We've had 3 48-hour test weekends already?
From the looks of the beta forums, the Duty Finder is ready to test. They still have not announced an "end time" yet, and said they will do so after the stability of the Duty Finder is confirmed.

Semantics me dear! #3 was supposed to be Duty Finder, #4 the 'always on'.
It seems like they put the servers on for week three just to sate their ravenous Beta-testing population, rather than for any prescribed testing, as the Duty Finder hadn't been prepared in time.
