Action bar Lay out

I haven't needed that many bars in Beta, and I don't know if I'll need them at launch, but I can't see why this would be a problem. There's no decent place to PUT a vertical bar really... I hate things being in the middle of the screen and mucking up the scenery. I need everything to be as out of the way as possible, and with the mini map and the duty list and the party list and chat log... (and my map almost always open)...there's no real room for a vertical bar.

I'd like to be able to selectively scale things. I like that I can scale the chatlog about at much as I want, the minimap isn't quite large ENOUGH (I can't use it to navigate at all, it's too small!). The duty list could be a tad smaller along with the hotbars and my HP/MP/TP bars.

This is how I currently have mine though it isn't complete as I don't have gearsets/macros/pet related commands placed yet. If I ever plan to use more than what I currently have then I'll most likely scroll to it from the first bar. Really wish I could scale more UI elements though as right now, things are way too big for my tastes. I assume someone will eventually create an add-on for the UI to change it around if SE doesn't give us any more options.
