Action bar Lay out

Wish they make the Vertical bar being switchable to horizonly .. to have more then 6 bar on bottom for macro , skill , potion , gear set.

Yeah need Macros (combo and emote) , food , potion , gear set (class and job (that like 27 total), actions from lvl 1 to 50 skill , mount(3) , pets (depends hoe many)

in that screenshot i dont have much cos i didnt put all just a few ..but i got alot i want to put

funny people like that comment but i cant wait to see post of people saying they need more action bar...
anyway if people see that weird.its optional you don't need to do it but for me its usefull and i have the right to post my ideas on the forum

and i had some people on a chat saying why you would put gear set there ..its that is weird ..funny cos the idea was always meant to be done since we can place them on action bar so if im weird. i aint the one who had that idea. so im not the one being call weird

I certainly hope that we get the option for people who like more control. Being a minimalist player myself though, I kind of agree with this comment more though haha.

I'll just whip up a few macros that will help me keep it down to 2-3 action bars. I suppose it depends on what class you are on as well.

wtb copy/paste of action bars.. or better yet, setting certain bars as "universal" ^^;

how far its come though.. I remember have icons all around the edges of my screen in UO >.>;;

You could just have a few vertical bars not sure why you want them all being horizontal.

I have a much smaller screen then yours and i still deal with it. But i do use controller and only have horizontal to see the cool down of my 2# hotbar and one vertical bar to use for food and items i don't need all the time. But i guess i see the reason why you don't want to have any your way does make it look more clean i guess maybe they could add more or something.

since why create macro for weapon and armo equipe when you have gear set that can be place on action bar ... Ok macro for skills but sometime click it seperated help incase you start combo and something happen and you need to cancel it to click on something else ..is macro can be cancel?... Anyway i was just giving idea ill check futur post if i see other talk about it cos i know there will be when its the release. but what ill do ..ill use the 6 as a switching bar .. switch it for 7-8 when needed. maybe 9-10 too but i wont need it.

Ya sadly my screen is 1440x900 so can't really do much about how much room it takes once i get my new video i may upgrade to something bigger.

No you can't really cancel macros once you done them lol.

that why i have difficulty to trust macro .. you never know what youll need to do. Exemple : Tank start macro(combo) but lose aggro of boss or one mob just when he clicked on the skill he got to wait combo end before flash. Your a DD and you in a situation where tank get low in life (big boss attack) and start a macro and while start it. you see adds goes to WHM but you in a combo cant pull them. So WHM got to run away or stay and try to heal but get interrupted by add attack. So for me macro are good but at a certain time you need to be wise and do the combo clicking the skill by yourself incase some bad luck come.

anyway its my Opinion everyone got theirs opinion ^^
