I have not seen anything precluding it nor have I any to give out. Unless it says specifically not too I don't see the harm. Originally before the websites started giving them away I thought only Se was going to have them to give out. Since the media is giving them away there lies the answer to your question. The keys work regardless of your account status. Unless your banned.

If you have any extras.. you would make this lala very happy. I'd prefer PS3 over PC because my computer can barely handle this game.
