Playing more characters from the same account

Is it possible then to move a character to another service account registered in the same square enix account?

Not sure myself. S-E support have been very helpful to me sorting out account issues and this kind of transfer, as long as both Service Accounts were under the same S-E account, sounds like something they might be able to do.
